“Entrepreneurial in his outlook, Eric is an expert deal-maker and collaborative specialist who is valued by his clients for his innovation, integrity, and ability to successfully plan, execute, and manage short- and long-term strategies across a wide and complex range of real estate requirements,” said Joseph Harbert, president of Colliers International’s Eastern region.

In 2004, Yarbro founded an organization for African-American CBRE employees. The group, which now has more than 400 members, is the largest association of client-facing African American real estate professionals in the industry, according to a Colliers’ release.

Prior to his time at CBRE, Yarbro was a vice president at Merrill Lynch.
