The project, located at 265 State Street, is being developed by architecture and development firm Flank, which is also responsible for 224 Mulberry Street and the Abingdon in the West Village. It’s the developer’s first project in Brooklyn and its largest project to date.
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is marketing the property.

Roughly 20 apartments in the building are four- and five-bedroom units, and they will range from $3 million to $4.25 million. The apartments are located above a six-story hotel.
The building, which houses 128 apartments, also includes four penthouses.
