Susan Weber Soros, ex-wife of billionaire fund manager George Soros, sold her five-story Upper East Side townhouse for $31 million in an off-market deal.
The 6,480-square-foot property at 116 East 70th Street, between Park and Lexington avenues, features five bedrooms, two terraces and an 800-square-foot room for guests and staff. Douglas Elliman’s Patricia LaRocco had the listing.
