Trinity Real Estate is branching out.

The Jason Pizer-led real estate arm of the Episcopal Trinity Church is planning to build four luxury residential towers in Hudson Square as well as one partially residential tower close to Wall Street, according to Crain’s. Trinity oversees roughly 5.5 million square feet of office space in the city.

Starting in January, the church will start looking for partner to build a 300,000-square-foot residential building at Canal, Grand and Varick Streets.

That building will house a 444-seat public school. In total, the church is planning to build approximately one million square feet of residential space, according to the news outlet. Hudson Square, where Trinity owns most of its properties, seems like “a sure bet” for a residential development, Daniel Hollander, a principal at residential firm DHA Capital told Crain’s.
