Versace USA inked a lease at 3 Columbus Circle at Eighth Avenue between West 57th and West 58th streets.
The high-end fashion brand, currently located at 200 Madison Avenue, will occupy the entire 20th floor — roughly 21,342 square feet — of the Columbus Circle tower, according to the Wall Street Journal. SL Green Realty and the Moinian Group own the building.
Cassidy Turley’s Jonathan Schindler and David Mainthow represented Versace.
Asking rents at the tower, which is about 94 percent occupied, are between $75 and $85 per square foot. The building recently underwent a $150 million renovation. [WSJ, 1st] — Claire Moses
