Financier Mark Zittman has relisted his massive 11,300-square-foot home in Tribeca for $48 million.
Located at 2 North Moore Street, the building was dubbed “Our Suburb” by the wife of its creator Steven Schnall back in 2005, because of its three-car garage, 47-foot-long indoor swimming pool and 1,500 square feet of private outdoor space, according to Curbed. It last listed in 2010 for $24 million.
And although the asking price has doubled in just four years, no significant changes appear to have been made to the property. It features six stories, seven bedrooms and an elevator.
