Sales have launched for a Red Hook condominium conversion at 160 Imlay Street. One of the units – a 3,429-square-foot loft with one bedroom – hit the market for $3.86 million, making it the priciest residential listing in the Brooklyn neighborhood.
Of the 70 units planned, 10 are now listed. Prices for those range from $973,000 up to $3.86 million for the penthouse unit. Douglas Elliman is handling sales.
Los Angeles-based developer Est4te Four paid $25 million for the former New York Dock property in 2012. AA Studio is handling design on the six-story building, which is expected to open by 2016. The developer obtained $50 million in financing, as The Real Deal reported. [DNAinfo] and [Brownstoner] — Mark Maurer
