Mixed-use structure will be tallest in Brooklyn complex

Supermarket magnate John Catsimatidis’s Red Apple Group is planning to construct the largest building of its Myrtle Avenue development in Brooklyn.

Plans for the mixed-use building show that the structure at 86 Fleet Place will rise 32 stories, reaching a height of 346 feet. The structure will include 10,619 square feet of commercial space and 384,239 square feet of residential space divided among 191 units.

The Red Apple tower will be located across from 160 Myrtle Avenue, according to New York YIMBY. Construction at 160 and 180 Myrtle Avenue is already underway.
