Jennifer Lopez — in the midst of rehearsing for a performance in Singapore this weekend — has reportedly been scoping out apartments with celebrity broker Fredrik Eklund.
The star looked at an off-market apartment at the Walker Tower in Chelsea, according to the New York Post. Lopez and the “Million Dollar Listing New York” broker reportedly inspected floor plans over lunch at Chelsea’s Cookshop. Penthouses in the Walker Tower go for around $47.5 million.
Lopez is looking for something in the $20 million range in the same neighborhood, the Post reported. [NYP] — Claire Moses
