Chase Digital Media, the mobile and website division of JPMorgan Chase, is in talks to occupy 150,000 square feet at Brookfield Office Properties’ 5 Manhattan West.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Mosler is representing the landlord, while JLL’s Peter Riguardi is representing JPMorgan Chase. Brookfield is in the process of giving the 1.7 million-square-foot tower at 450 West 33rd Street a $200 million makeover.
