The former home of Luciano Pavarotti on the 23rd floor of Hampshire House, a white-glove co-op building overlooking Central Park South, has hit the market asking $13.7 million.

According to the late tenor’s widow, Nicoletta Mantovani, the apartment was his favorite, with “its views, roomy layout and the fact that it was within walking distance—and eyesight—of the Met.”

Last year, Pavarotti’s widow sold one of the late tenor’s three pied-à-terre in the building for just $999,990.

The two-bedroom apartment features impressive Central Park views. It is also where Pavarotti entertained fellow performers, including his Three Tenors colleagues Plácido Domingo and José Carreras, as well as Andrea Bocelli and Sting, according to Curbed. [Curbed] Christopher Cameron
