With this new lease, the 3 million-square-foot tower is almost 57.5 percent occupied, the New York Post reported. The building is being developed by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and the Durst Organization.

Advertising agency KiDS Creative signed a long term lease at the tower in May, paying more than $90 per square foot. Reportedly, Hugo Boss is in early talks to take up space at the tower. [NYP] — Claire Moses
