Penthouse One at Annabelle Selldorf’s Sky Garage development is back on the market, with new photos and a $3 million price-chop.
After being pulled off the market for three weeks, the 3,598-square-foot duplex, located at 200 11th Avenue, is now asking $20 million, according to Curbed.
The penthouse underwent a massive overhaul throughout 2013, preformed by the Dutch firm MVRDV. The renovation swapped the apartment’s common space and kitchen with its master suite, and added the “Sky Vault,” a sunken staircase at the center of the living area that’s covered by retractable glass.
