JDS Development Group has filed plans for a mixed-use Boerum Hill project that will total nearly 65,000 square feet and include 47 residential units.
The property at 613 Baltic Street, between Fourth and Fifth avenues, is to stand 11 stories and measure 64,770 square feet in total. The majority of the project — 54,248 square feet — will be residential, while 3,211 will be set aside for commercial use and 2,310 square feet for a community facility. VOA Architecture, PLLC is the architect of record, a spokesperson told The Real Deal.
The development will replace two townhomes, according to New York YIMBY. No projected completion date has been announced.
