A triangular Soho building that is set to launch sales within the month released floor plans, revealing a $45 million triplex penthouse that includes an indoor pool.
10 Sullivan, the 16-story condominium building developed by Madison Equities and Property Markets Group at Sixth Avenue and Sullivan Street, houses 19 apartments with four adjacent 25-foot-wide townhouses. It will be the tallest building in the area, rising to 204 feet.
The six-bedroom, seven-bath penthouse apartment encompasses the top three floors of the building, as well as the rooftop, and features two “powder rooms,’ a library, two terraces, and a roof deck — in addition to the indoor pool, the floor plans showed.
The smallest of the apartments is a 1,210-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath unit.
The apartments will start at $2.97 million, Curbed reported. [Curbed] — Sasha von Oldershausen
