UPDATED, 4:23 p.m., May 22: A three-bedroom condominium unit at 15 Central Park West, formerly home to Evan Cole, the co-founder of ABC Carpet & Home, has sold for just over $13 million.
First purchased off plans devised by Cole, who sold the property a month after taking possession back in March 2008, the 2,512-square-foot unit was asking $13.9 million when it closed for $13.1 million. When the unit first hit the market last year, it asked $14.9 million, the New York Post reported. Roxanne Martino, CEO of Aurora Investment Management, was the seller, along with husband Daniel Martino. The pair paid $9.1 million when the purchased the pad in March, thus snagging a $4 million profit in this most recent sale.
The 15th-floor apartment features three-and-a-half bathrooms and double-wall ovens.
