The 10,000-square-foot locale is to be housed on parcel number one of the Seward Park Urban Renewal Area, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported. The site is currently home to the Broome Street municipal parking lot.

The project is slated for completion in 2017, and will pay down any operating deficits in its first five years, according to Bowery Boogie. [Pittsburgh Post-Gazette] and [Bowery Boogie]Julie Strickland
