The 242 Bedford Avenue space, which will take the entire second floor at Aurora Capital Associates’ property, ran around $50 per square foot, according to the New York Observer.

A partnership of Michael Cayre’s Midtown Equities, Bobby Cayre’s Aurora Capital and Alex Adjmi picked up the property in 2012 for $23 million, with plans for a $40 million, 150,000-square-foot development to include Whole Foods, a New York Sports Club and luxury rental apartments.
