Town Residential has made another string of promotion and hiring announcements, following the appointment of Wendy Maitland as president of sales last week.
The firm tapped Lisa Meyer, formerly a marketing director at Brown Harris Stevens Select, as manager of Town New Development Marketing and promoted existing staffers Rosana Vidal and Anthony Serino, formerly marketing managers, to director of representative marketing and creative director respectively.
Meyer follows Shlomi Reuveni, former head of Brown Harris Stevens Select, to Town. Reuveni signed on to the company as a managing director of new development earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Nicole Oge, the firm’s senior vice president of marketing, departed the company, a spokesperson said. Oge, who was responsible for heading up Town’s celebrated “Look Up” marketing campaign, could not be reached for comment.
“It is also with great respect that we acknowledge Nicole Oge who is leaving her post having headed up Town Residential’s marketing department,” said Town president and COO Jeff Appel. “Her contribution to bringing the Town brand through the second phase of its expansion was extremely valuable. Her talent and enthusiasm and her love of the brand have left their mark.”
At Brown Harris Stevens, Meyer helped Reuveni in the marketing of projects like the Laureate, as well as Merritt House on the Upper East Side and 15 Union Square West.
In a statement, she said: “Town has an innovative and fresh approach to real estate marketing with a strong team of people in place dedicated to expanding the business and becoming a leader in the industry.”
