Dara Khosrowshahi, CEO of Bellevue, Wash.-based online travel company Expedia Inc. sold his co-op unit at the Orwell House on the Upper West Side to “Jack Reacher” author Lee Child for $9.15 million, according to property records filed with the city today.

The British best-selling crime writer’s real name is James Dover Grant, which appears on the deed. He sold his two-bedroom condominium at 5 East 22nd Street in the Flatiron District last week.

Khosrowshahi, an Iranian-born businessman who has served as chief executive since 2005, has lived on the 11th floor of 257 Central Park West for about five years. He bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit from Kathleen Grant Khosrowshahi in 2009 for $500,000. The unit features a library, walk-in closets and new windows.

James Morgan and Stacey Ciulla Schwadron of the Corcoran Group had the listing. The unit hit the market in September for $9.45 million, StreetEasy shows. The brokers declined to comment.

The 13-story building, near West 86th Street, holds 69 units. Last month, billionaire Mark Cuban listed a one-bedroom co-op there for $600,000. The Dallas Mavericks owner has not lived in the 750-square-foot unit for 15 years, as previously reported.
