The four-bedroom apartment has come on and off the market for about four years. Douglas Elliman brokers Tal Alexander, Oren Alexander and Sarah Williams took over the listing last month. Twenty days later, the apartment, now asking $9.2 million, found a buyer.

Harriton bought the 3,650-square-foot pad at 524 East 72nd Street in 1994, records show. The unit features a wood-burning fireplace, custom built-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows. [NYP, 1st item]Mark Maurer
