The Fresh Prince is on the hunt for a fresh place to live when in New York City.
Smith and his family were spotted checking out a $19,000-per-month two-bedroom penthouse at 640 Broadway in Noho, the New York Post reported. The loft-style pad in an 1896 building designed by Macy’s Herald Square architects De Lemos & Cordes, boasts 12-foot ceilings and a 1,000-square-foot private roof deck.
Smith reportedly ruled that the home wasn’t “private” enough for him, sources told the Post. Listing broker Rory Nichols of Town Residential declined to comment. [NYP] — Julie Strickland
