The owner of Junior’s Most Fabulous Cheesecakes and Desserts said the Brooklyn dessert shop will gain a second outpost in the borough as it attempts to sell and renovate its first spot.
Alan Rosen has hired Massey Knakal Realty Services chair Robert Knakal to handle marketing for the 17,000-square-foot structure on an 8,500-square-foot site. The site could be redeveloped to allow for a 102,500-square-foot condominium building with Junior’s in the ground-floor retail.
Pricing could range from $45 million to $55 million, depending on the terms of the future lease or retail condo deal, according to Rosen. [NYP] — Mark Maurer
