Williamsburg-based Franklyn Estrella Architects unveiled renderings for the project at 689-691 Marcy Avenue, also referred to as 168 Kosciuszko Street, Brownstoner reported. Plans call for 41 units – either condominiums or rentals – as well as a 13-spot underground parking garage, 23 bicycle parking places and a storage room.

The project stalled under developer George Roth of Flushing, Queens-based 683 MARCY VAE REALTY LLC, who acquired the site for $750,000 in 2011 and demolished a two-story warehouse there the next year, as previously reported. [Brownstoner]Mark Maurer
