The family of late billionaire businessman Edgar Bronfman Sr., who ran the Seagram beverage empire for decades, is listing his Fifth Avenue penthouse for $65 million.
The 16-room prewar co-op, located at 960 Fifth Avenue between 77th and 78th streets, has five bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and occupies a full floor, according to listing brokerage Brown Harris Stevens. It also boasts a wraparound terrace overlooking Central Park.
Brown Harris Stevens’ Mary Rutherfurd, Alina Pedroso and Leslie Coleman have the listing, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Bronfman family declined to comment to the newspaper. Bronfman passed away in December at the age of 84. [WSJ] – Hiten Samtani
