Garment District-based Dattner Architects is designing the project, at 180 Myrtle Avenue, a dormant site near Prince Street, BuzzBuzzHome reported. The 156-foot-tall building would hold nearly 172,000 square feet of rental space and roughly 11,000 square feet of retail, in addition to a 129-spot parking area, gym and roof terrace, BuzzBuzzHome said.

Catsimatidis has also developed the Andrea, a 95-unit, nine-story building at 218 Myrtle Avenue. That building, which was also designed by Dattner Architects, was fully leased in 2010. [BuzzBuzzHome]Mark Maurer
