An asset management firm grabbed nearly 38,000 square feet at Brookfield Office Properties’ 245 Park Avenue, at 47th Street.
New York-based Wisdom Tree Investments signed a 15-year lease for the full 35th floor, which is nearly double the size of its current space at 380 Madison Avenue. The firm’s current lease expires in January, a month before the Madison Avenue building undergoes an extensive renovation.
French bank Société Générale took 440,000 square feet at Brookfield’s 45-story building in 2010, and later subleased two floors, previous reports show.
