CBRE has been tapped to handle leasing at American Realty Advisors’ 499 Park Avenue, GlobeSt reported.
In May, American Realty paid Hines about $250 million for the 28-story, 303,000-square-foot office tower, located at East 59th Street. A CBRE team of Paul Amrich, Neil King III, Patrice Meagher and James Ackerson will manage leasing for the new owner. Amrich described the building in a release as a “truly iconic property.”
Built in 1980, the tower is currently 91.8 percent leased, and includes top-tier financial tenants such as Bloomberg, Cantor Fitzgerald and M.Safra & Co.
