Billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban is looking to sell one of his earliest apartments, a one-bedroom co-op at 257 Central Park West, the New York Post reported.
The high-profile owner of the Dallas Mavericks hasn’t lived in the 750-square-foot apartment for 15 years, a source told the Post, and has now listed it for $600,000 with the Corcoran Group’s Chelsea Miller. The apartment has two bathrooms and sports high ceilings and oversized windows.
The doorman building, which has a garage, is located on the southwest corner of 86th Street and Central Park West. It has been home to several famous pianists over the years, including Alberto Jonás and Menahem Pressler.
Miller declined to comment to the Post. [NYP] —Hiten Samtani
