Sutton represented the owners on the deal at the 24-story building, which is located next door to The Future Fulton Street Transit Center. Stephen Plourde and Wade McDevitt of the McDevitt Company represented Urban Outfitters. The hip clothier has taken 1,500 square feet on the first floor, 6,700 square feet on each of the entire second and third floors and a 6,000-square-foot lower level space, sources familiar with the transaction told the Post.

180 Broadway‘s owners are leasing the dormitory portion of the building to Pace University, as The Real Deal previously reported.

Urban Outfitters is also finalizing a deal to take a space at Williamsburg’s 102 North Sixth Street, next door to American Apparel. The company is also in advanced talks to take a 61,000-square-foot space at the Malkin Properties-owned 1333 Broadway, according to the Post. [NYP, 1st item] —Hiten Samtani
