The three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,090-square-foot condo at 104 Wooster Street, features a private elevator landing, 13-foot ceilings, exposed beams and columns, a fireplace and an open kitchen with a wine cooler. The cast-iron building dates back to 1891 when it was designed by architects DeLemos and Cordes.

Jason Saft of Citi Habitats had the listing and Town Residential’s Jason Karadus handled the deal for Levinson. [NYP, 2nd item] — Christopher Cameron
