A triplex penthouse apartment in Dumbo has been listed on the market for $25 million, more than twice the highest amount ever paid for a Brooklyn home. The apartment, whose three floors total nearly 6,300 square feet, sits atop the ClockTower Building, one of the tallest in Dumbo. Boasting views of the Brooklyn Bridge and New York Harbor, the unit’s main floor houses four outward-facing clocks. The space’s designer, David Walentas, has overseen the development of the building and later negotiated the conversion of the 16th-floor space with the condominium board. The most ever paid for a home in Brooklyn is $11 million, for a house in Gravesend. The most ever paid for a condo was $7 million, for a 14th-floor unit in the ClockTower Building.
