Jonathan Tisch, the Loews Hotel CEO and the New York Giants co-owner, and his new wife Lizzie have bought a full-floor co-op at 2 East 67th Street. The couple reportedly paid more than the $40 million asking price for the four-bedroom, six-plus-bathroom apartment. The seller was Angelika Ronson, the widow of British developer Howard Ronson. The property was marketed by Sotheby’s brokers Brucie Bolt and Serena Boardman. Tisch sold his duplex co-op at 950 Fifth Avenue to Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz for $24.75 million in January. He has been renting in Trump Park Avenue.
