Rupert Murdoch, who recently purchased the Wall Street Journal, reportedly plans to move the newspaper from the World Financial Center to his News Corp. headquarters at 1211 Sixth Avenue. That building, though, is reportedly filled to capacity. The newspaper’s editorial offices might shift to the News Corp. building, while some other parts of Dow Jones could remain at the World Financial Center. The Wall Street Journal has been based in Lower Manhattan since it was founded in 1889.
