A historic mansion in Atlanta’s Tuxedo Park neighborhood is up for grabs.

The 3.2-acre estate at 225 Valley Road, once owned by Tuxedo Park founder Charles Black, has been listed for $11.5 million, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported

Katie McGuirk of Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International has the listing. The estate is also available to rent for $45,000 a month.

The mansion was originally built for Black, who developed the neighborhood in the early 1900s. The home has been renovated by Atlanta-based homebuilder Ladisic Fine Homes and architecture firm Wolf Design Group.

The offering includes two guest houses. The three dwellings span nearly 13,000 square feet and have nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The property features a circular driveway, three gated entrances, and outdoor amenities such as a heated saltwater pool, terrace with a fireplace and grill area, pickleball courts, basketball courts, a putting green and a dog run.

The interior features hardwood floors, decorative door frames and a gourmet kitchen designed by Studio Entourage. The main house has a two-story family room, a modern bar and a dining room with custom iron doors. The primary bedroom suite includes two room-sized walk-in closets, the outlet said.

The house last changed hands in 2021, when Valley 225 Land Co LLC bought it for roughly $5.2 million, according to Fulton County property records.

Elsewhere in the Atlanta area, rapper Meek Mill listed his eight-bedroom mansion in Sandy Springs earlier this year, despite never having lived in it. The list price wasn’t disclosed.

Also in Sandy Spring, the palatial estate at 4665 Riverview Road hit the market at nearly $47 million in July. Even if it sells for significantly less than the asking price, it would smash the Atlanta-area record for most expensive home sale, topping Tyler Perry’s $17.5 million sale of his home.
