  • DPZ CoDesign Partner Marina Khoury will give an insider’s perspective on the economic, migration and development patterns influencing cities and whether developers are asking the right questions when planning projects
  • Sam Chandan, founding director of NYU’s C.H. Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance, will break down the Fed’s latest moves, giving attendees insight into the effects money markets are likely to have on real estate financing in 2024 and beyond.
