Brown’s late husband, Robert Brown, was the founder of CBS Personnel Services, a firm he grew to be one of the largest temp agencies in the U.S. It merged with Cincinnati-based Staffmark in 2007, according to published reports. He died in 2011.

The Browns bought the Hillsboro Beach mansion for $4.1 million in 2001, according to property records. It was built in 1964 on 0.4 acres and spans 8,900 square feet. Day, the founder of bike brand SRAM, bought the oceanfront mansion at 967 Hillsboro Mile for $15.7 million, according to property records. Also last month, a 0.7-acre oceanfront vacant lot with approved plans for a mansion sold for $14.9 million, records show. Last year, pharma executive Raymond Mirra Jr. sold his oceanfront mansion in Hillsboro Beach for $18.5 million.
