Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.

Brokers closed 129 condo sales totaling $79.7 million from Feb. 23 to Mar. 2. The previous week, brokers closed 68 condo sales totaling $70.5 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $617,735, lower than the $1,036,772 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $366 from $497, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.4 million to $11.3 million. 

Unit TS7A at Ritz-Carlton Residences, Singer Island, at 2700 North Ocean Drive in Riviera Beach on Singer Island, took the top spot with a $11.3 million closing. The sale closed at $1,515 per square foot after 52 days on market.

Deborah Strand with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Amy Simmonds with Compass brought the buyer.

Unit 2N at Two North Breakers Row, at 2 North Breakers Row in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $7.3 million, or $2,101 per square foot after 113 days on market.

Jim McCann and David Scaff with Premier Estate Properties had the listing, and Carole Koeppel with Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
