Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume surged last week.
Brokers closed 124 condo sales totaling $125.8 million from Feb. 23 to Mar. 2. The previous week, brokers closed 93 condo sales totaling $62.6 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,014,817, higher than the $672,553 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $635 from $528, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.1 million to $10.6 million.
Unit 504 at Fendi Château Residences, at 9349 Collins Avenue in Surfside, took the top spot with a $10.6 million closing. The sale closed at $3,138 per square foot after 141 days on market.
Ryan Mendell with Maxwell E Realty had the listing, and Diane Lieberman and Jill Meyerson-Barzilay with One Sotheby’s International Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 503 at Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, at 4701 North Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $8.1 million, or $1,911 per square foot after 84 days on market.
Darin Tansey and David Nguah with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Tansey represented the buyer.
