Compass Lands Nine-Agent Boschetti Coconut Grove Team

Boschetti Realty Group is joining Compass, marking the brokerage’s latest addition in South Florida.

Boschetti, led by Maurice and Silvia Boschetti, will be based out of Compass’ Coconut Grove office, according to a press release. The team, now known as Boschetti Group, has nine agents working in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Miami Beach and South Miami, the release shows.

Maurice Boschetti launched the brokerage in 2018, and it has closed $500 million in sales since then, the release shows. In October, he represented Richard Saghian, the billionaire founder and CEO of Fashion Nova, in his $30 million purchase of two houses in Miami Beach. Earlier last year he represented both sides in the off-market sale of a waterfront Coral Gables estate for $22 million.

These big deals caught the attention of brokerage leaders, Boschetti said, and he decided to jump at the opportunity to grow his business. Compass stood out as the best culture fit for him and his team, he said.

“I think I really hit my peak with my company,” Boschetti said. “Now I want to do 2X, 5X, 10X [more business].”

Part of Boschetti’s growth plan is bulking up his team. He’s looking for “young hustlers” to expand his team by between five and 10 agents in the next year, he said.

Boschetti’s team marks the latest Compass addition in South Florida in recent months. In July, the brokerage brought in Bonnie Heatzig in Boca Raton, and a month later, Thor Brown in Palm Beach.
