Palm Beach County’s condo dollar volume rose last week, despite a dip in sales.
Brokers closed 68 condo sales totaling $70.5 million from Feb. 16 to Feb. 23. The previous week, brokers closed 87 condo sales totaling $33.3 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,036,772, higher than the $382,990 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $497 from $269, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2 million to $9 million.
Unit 203 at SeaGlass, at 1500 Beach Road in Tequesta, took the top spot with a $9 million closing. The sale closed at $2,457 per square foot after 223 days on market.
Nicholas Peterson with Perko Development had the listing, and Ryan Billings with Water Pointe Realty Group brought the buyer.
Penthouse 8 at Sun & Surf, at 130 Sunrise Avenue in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $7.9 million, or $3,193 per square foot after 404 days on market.
Spencer Schlager with Douglas Elliman represented both the buyer and the seller.
