Records show McKillen and his wife, interior designer Margaret McKillen, bought Penthouse A at 2811 South Bayshore Drive from Deepak Abbhi’s Two Park Grove PH-A Trust. The McKillens financed the purchase with a $12 million loan from Wells Fargo, according to property records.
Judith Zeder and Nathan Zeder with the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Julian Cohen with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
Ryan McKillen worked at San Francisco-based Uber from 2010 to 2017, helping to build the company’s team of more than 5,000 engineers.
