Attorney Michael Gallinar with Adams Gallinar represented the buyer.

Public records do not yet reflect the unit’s size and floorplan. Aston Martin Residences’ amenities include a fitness center, spa, movie theater, indoor pool, children’s and teens’ lounges, an art gallery and a superyacht marina.

In November, a 9,600-square-foot, four-bedroom condo in the tower sold for $21 million, according to public records. In December, unit 6101c sold for $24 million. Last month, the son of a medical device company founder bought unit 6001c for $22.5 million

G&G Business Developments finished the 66-story, 391-unit tower in April. G&G is led by German Coto of the Argentinian Coto Supermarkets family. Coto bought the 1.3-acre waterfront site for $125 million in 2014, and launched the Aston Martin project in 2016. He tapped Buenos Aires-based Bodas Miani Anger to design the tower, and Cervera Real Estate led sales and marketing for the project.
