Palm Beach County’s condo dollar volume fell last week, despite an uptick in sales.
Brokers closed 87 condo sales totaling $33.3 million from Feb. 10 to Feb. 17. The previous week, brokers closed 70 condo sales totaling $35.3 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $382,990, lower than the $504,417 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $269 from $319, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $810,000 to $3.2 million.
Unit 203 at Alina Residences, at 200 Southeast Mizner Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $3.2 million closing. The sale closed at $1,176 per square foot after 74 days on market.
Senada Adžem with Douglas Elliman and Denver Bright with Compass had the listing.
Aaron Buchbinder with Compass and Steven Seigel with the Agency brought the buyer.
Unit 7120 at Mizner Tower, at 300 Southeast 5th Avenue in Boca Raton, closed for the second highest amount, $1.8 million, or $730 per square foot after 142 days on market.
Sara Brown with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Adam Levitt with the Corcoran Group represented the buyer.
