Miami-Dade County’s condo dollar volume rose in the second week of February, despite a dip in sales.
Brokers closed 77 condo sales totaling $71.2 million from Feb. 10 to Feb. 17. The previous week, brokers closed 84 condo sales totaling $67.6 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $924,040, higher than the $805,279 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $557 from $567, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $22.5 million.
Unit PH-A in One Park Grove at 2811 South Bayshore Drive in Miami took the top spot with a $22.5 million closing. The sale closed at $3,504 per square foot after 87 days on market.
Judith Zeder and Nathan Zeder with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Julian Cohen with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
Unit 3305 at Jade Signature at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach closed for the second highest amount, $5.3 million, or $1,788 per square foot after 164 days on market.
Alex De Leon with Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate had the listing, and Pamela DiMartino of Coldwell Banker and Daniel Snyder with Compass Florida brought the buyer.
