Morgan Stanley | Aventura  

Morgan Stanley kept its offices at the Aventura Corporate Center. 

The New York-based financial services behemoth renewed its 42,400-square-foot lease at 20801 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. 

Christina Jolley of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord. Adam Bernstein and Zach Wendelin of JLL represented the tenant. Blanca Commercial Real Estate also manages the property.  

Adam Neumann’s Flow and Israeli real estate firm Canada Global bought the 250,000-square-foot Aventura Corporate Center for $116.2 million late last year, according to Canada Global’s filing to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange last week. The office consists of three buildings, including at  20803 and 20807 Biscayne Boulevard. 

1986 Steakhouse | Miami

A new steakhouse concept by the group that runs PM Fish & Steak House will open in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood. 

Grupo Orfano/Grupo Puerto Madero, led by Stefano Cremasco, leased 6,100 square feet at the Mayfair Hotel & Spa at 3000 Florida Avenue, where it will open 1986 Steakhouse in the fourth quarter, according to the tenant’s brokers.

A Pasta Bar | Miami Beach 

An Italian restaurant will open in Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood. 

A Pasta Bar leased 4,700 square feet at the former Sushi Garage space at 1784 West Avenue, according to the brokers. The restaurant is expected to open this fall. 

Daniel Cardenas, Michael Sullivan and Sam Singer of Vertical Real Estate represented the landlord and the tenant. 

Records show Charlotte, North Carolina-based Asana Partners owns the building. 

Aritzia | Palm Beach Gardens 

Clothing and accessories retailer Aritzia opened at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, marking its seventh store in Florida. 

Aritzia leased 10,200 square feet at the mall, according to its spokesperson. The store carries an exclusive portfolio of brands such as Babaton, Golden and Tna, and has counted celebrities such as Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Taylor Swift and Meghan Markle among its shoppers, according to the tenant’s news release. 

Gardens Mall, at 3101 PGA Boulevard, is owned by an entity managed by Forbes/Cohen Florida Properties, records show. The ownership includes the Forbes Company, which lists offices in Palm Beach Gardens and Southfield, Michigan. 

Aritzia also is expected to open a 9,800-square-foot store at Brickell City Centre in Miami this year. It already has a store at Aventura Mall.
