Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell in the first week of February.
Brokers closed 104 condo sales totaling $35.4 million from Feb. 2 to Feb. 9. The previous week, brokers closed 118 condo sales totaling $50.1 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $340,736, lower than the $424,236 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $270 from $288, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $755,000 to $2.8 million.
Unit 903 at AquaBlu, at 920 Intracoastal Drive in Fort Lauderdale, took the top spot with a $2.8 million closing. The sale closed at $859 per square foot after 65 days on market.
James Cunningham with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented both the buyer and the seller.
Unit 1512 at the Galleon, at 4100 Southeast Galt Ocean Drive in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $1.9 million, or $638 per square foot after 70 days on market.
Yasminie Iroff with Balistreri Real Estate had the listing, and Richard Bonvie with Bonvie Realty brought the buyer.
