In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, one firm bolstered its legal leadership.
The Bainbridge Companies promoted Brian Doppelt to executive vice president and chief legal officer of the Wellington-based multifamily firm, according to a press release. Doppelt was previously senior vice president and general counsel for the firm, and in his new role will lead Bainbridge’s legal department, as well as management and capital raising for the firm’s fund management business, the release shows.
Serhant bolstered its South Florida team, bringing in Gabby Valle as vice president of marketing for new development in Florida, according to a press release. Valle was previously director of marketing at Fortune International Group for more than 11 years, according to her LinkedIn.
The brokerage also promoted Monica Martinez to vice president of international sales, and brought in Natalie Mery as a new development sales executive, the release shows.
Douglas Elliman added Farid Moussallem to its Miami Beach office, according to a press release. Moussallem was previously an agent with One Sotheby’s International Realty. In his new position with Elliman, he will lead sales for the Delmore, Damac’s planned condo project for the site of the Champlain Towers collapse in Surfside.
