Developers Yosi and Guy Gil tapped Compass agent Chad Carroll to lead sales for their planned 20-single-family home luxury project near Delray Beach.

The Gils’ Modern Garden Estates is a planned development at 15283 Persimmon Avenue in the gated Delray Lakes Estates community. According to a press release, the project includes three models: the 9,200-square-foot, six-bedroom Sol; the 8,100-square-foot, eight-bedroom Dusk; and the 6,900-square-foot, six-bedroom Luna. The lots will span at least 1-acre each and have pools and the option to add a tennis court, the release shows.

Prices for the planned homes start at $6.4 million, the release shows. Modern Garden Estates is 25 presold, according to a spokesperson.

Construction began in 2022. The project is slated for completion this year, according to the listings.

Records show the Gils’ Fury Construction & Development bought sites for $2 million in 2019 and $1.6 million in 2024.

Yosi Gil has also been a principal at J. Milton Associates, a Coral Gables-based developer.
The luxury market near Delray Beach has boomed in recent years. Last month, Mike Tyson bought a mansion in Delray Beach for $13 million. In the nearby gated community of Stone Creek Ranch, luxury spec developer Aldo Stark sold a Ferrari-themed mansion for $55 million in January, and a James Bond-themed mansion for $37 million in December. The buyer of the Ferrari-themed mansion, real estate scion William A. Cafaro, also sold Stark a mansion in the same community for $26 million.
