Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume dropped in the fourth week of January.
Brokers closed 64 condo sales totaling $25.8 million from Jan. 19 to Jan. 26. The previous week, brokers closed 81 condo sales totaling $61.3 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $403,182, lower than the $811,490 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $299 from $397, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $720,000 to $1.7 million.
Unit 801 at Jupiter Ocean Grande, at 230 Ocean Grande Boulevard in Jupiter, took the top spot with a $1.7 million closing. The sale closed at $663 per square foot after 98 days on market.
Michael Montalto with Jupiter Ocean Grande Realty had the listing, and Dianna Shpritz with Leibowitz Realty Group brought the buyer.
Unit 250 at Mizner Court, at 140 Southeast 5th Avenue in Boca Raton, closed for the second highest amount, $1.5 million, or $926 per square foot after 14 days on market.
Marisela Cotilla of Compass had the listing, and Rachelle Hirt-Beresh and Scott Gerow with Compass represented the buyer.
